Breathwork sessions are a 75-90 minute transformative journey. We start by setting an intention and finding your center. Immerse yourself in 30 minutes of active breathing, guided by personalized instructions crafted just for you, letting the music guide your breathing. Finally, conclude with a peaceful rest segment, followed by reflective discussion to fully integrate your experience.
